Bootcamp details

This program is designed to provide a comprehensive learning path to achieve your CCIE R&S v5 certification goal. There are no formal prerequisites for the bootcamp, however, students should be very familiar with the topics covered in the blueprint. They should be able to demonstrate advanced-level competencies (knowledge and skills) from both a configuration and troubleshooting perspective. This bootcamp is intended for those in the final stages of their CCIE studies who are preparing to take their CCIE Routing & Switching Lab Exam. CCIE R&S certifies the skills required of expert-level network engineers to plan, operate and troubleshoot complex, converged network infrastructure.

  • Duration: 7 days.
  • Location: Madrid (Spain) – On site/Remote attendance.
  • Price: 2995 euros.
  • Language: Español/English.

Description

CCIE R&S bootcamp is approximately 20% lecture and 80% hands-on labs, carefully designed to become a master on the different technologies. This bootcamp also teaches students an exam strategy which involves a well defined problem-solving process, options analysis, and time and stress management techniques. Candidates will not only learn the knowledge and skills but also the confidence to face the exam.

The instructor uses a combination of white boarding, discussions, quizzes, slides and demonstrations as training methods. duConet believes in interactive classes where students actively participate and learn from the instructor and other students. Therefore we do not want you to expect lectured subjects; on the contrary be ready for squeezing your brain in front of the CLI! This is a hands-on bootcamp so be ready for an intense week.

Lab environment is based on Eve-NG, a powerful Emulated Virtual Environment for networks. Mock Labs involve more than 60 nodes and very challenging Troubleshooting tickets and Configuration requirements.

About the Exam

CCIE Routing and Switching Lab Exam is a eight-hour lab exam which tests your ability to configure actual equipment and troubleshoot the network in a timed test situation. You must make an initial attempt at the CCIE lab exam within 18-months of passing the CCIE written exam. Candidates who do not pass must reattempt the lab exam within 12 months of their last scored attempt in order for their written exam to remain valid. If you do not pass the lab exam within three years of passing the written exam, you must retake the written exam before being allowed to attempt the lab exam again.
